introduction to your blog

Welcome to Tumblr, my excited and engaged class. For the remaining weeks this academic year, you will create a blog and post the following articles on their corresponding dates.

May 24th: About Me

May 26/27th: Narrative story

May 31st: Review

June 3rd: Expository Essay

June 5-9 (depending on the date of your final): Persuasive essay

You will be graded on the following criteria:

2) Your creativity and effort within the blog its self. This is your chance to write something of purpose and meaning to you; treat it as such.

4) Your participation during the class. We will be reading examples of your peers and that requires respect and your attention.

You can go to your class’ page to access link of your peers’ sites. All handouts and pertinent information will be posted here.

The overall look of the blog is 50 points

Your comments on your peers blogs and participation in class is 50 points.
